FROM FIRST CALL TO FINAL DETAILS

Know what happens next.
Five easy steps.

Hover over a step to learn more.
On your phone, tap to open it.

01Contact usTell us what you need.

Let’s start with you.

Tell us the problem, location, urgency, preferred completion date and access details. We’ll ask how you prefer to hear from us: call, text or email.

We answer live when possible. If we miss you, our goal is to return your inquiry within 15 minutes during staffed hours. That is a response target, not a guaranteed arrival time.

02Schedule a visitKnow when we’re coming.

A clear plan for your visit.

We agree on a realistic appointment window and explain any diagnostic or service-call charge, what it covers and its payment terms before booking. The assessment charge is separate from the price of an unknown repair.

Before arrival, we confirm the appointment, share your technician’s name and send an arrival update. We also discuss access, parking and any preparation.

03Review & approveUnderstand the work and price.

Your options. Your approval.

We explain our findings, share useful photos and separate necessary work from optional improvements. For service calls, you approve the repair scope, price and payment terms after diagnosis and before the repair starts. Further investigation requires approval of the next charge or billing basis.

For planned projects, your proposal covers scope, price, exclusions, expected outages, permit responsibilities and schedule dependencies. Larger projects require money down as stated in the proposal, with the deposit amount, due date, progress payments and final balance explained before you accept.

04We get to workCareful work. Clear updates.

We keep you in the loop.

Once you approve the plan, we protect the work area and complete the agreed work. We communicate discoveries and explain anticipated delays and the next steps.

If anything changes, we explain the revised scope, additional cost and schedule impact, then get your authorization before doing the additional work.

05Finish & follow throughTested, explained and cleaned up.

Finish the details that matter.

We test the work, explain operation, clean up and provide a useful work summary and applicable documentation. Your invoice reflects the agreed scope and authorized changes; payment follows your accepted terms.

When an inspection is required, we track its status and any remaining steps. We check that your issue is resolved and explain how to reach us with questions about the completed work.

A note about service-call pricing

Agree to the diagnostic charge first. Approve the repair price after we identify the problem. Larger-project deposits and payment dates are set out in your written proposal.
